Its unique half-moon shape provides easy access to the fire, allowing you to split it into two sections.
This design facilitates feeding the fire from the open side, maintaining a steady burn to create hot embers.
Use an Ash Rake to pull the hot embers under the BBQ rack for cooking. For increased heat, simply rake additional embers over when needed.
